Our story

Khau Gully means the eating lane

Vegetarian & meat prepared separately — separate utensils and dedicated fryers.

An eating lane, India

India is not one cuisine but many, and every region cooks its own way. Khau Gully was built so a table in Spring, Texas can taste that range without leaving the city.

Our menu reads like a journey across the country: appetizers and much-loved classics to begin, then vegetarian entrées, regional curries simmered to order, and a rice section where biryanis are cooked with marinated proteins, fragrant basmati and whole spices.

We cook it in Spring, Texas, to order, for neighbors from Spring, The Woodlands and North Houston.

Atmosphere: whole Indian spices, turmeric and dried chilies on a dark stone surface

Cooking for every table

Meat & Sea Food, Vegetarian dishes are prepared separately using separate utensils and dedicated fryers.

Vegetarian food keeps its own utensils, its own prep surfaces and its own fryers. Meat and seafood are handled on a separate line, start to finish, so guests who eat only vegetarian food can order alongside guests who do not, at the same table.

These preparation practices are not a guarantee of an allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please speak with our team before ordering.
